Include conference tournament results in the model to account for teams that get hot at the right time (see 2024 NC State, Duquesne, Oregon & Colorado, Yale?). Probably only include mid-major and major conferences for this factor. 

Remove seed as a factor

Currently count the number of efficient offensive players in the top 100 per kenpom; instead might try counting the number of players averaging 10+ points per game

Add the regular season moneyline model as another part of the ensemble?
